One email address handles everything this site is responsible for. This page also says plainly what we cannot help with, because the two most common messages we receive — order problems and medical questions — are both things we are the wrong address for.

Please use it for:
- Corrections. A factual error, a misattributed claim, a broken source, a price or term that is out of date, or a misreading of a manufacturer page. Corrections are made on the page, dated and described, as set out in the <a href="/editorial-policy/">editorial policy</a>. - Source disputes. If you believe we have graded a claim wrongly, say which claim and point to the source you think we missed. Disagreements are settled by reading the source, not by argument. - Takedown and rights requests. If you hold a copyright or other right in material reproduced here and want it removed or credited differently, state what you hold, where it appears, and what you want done. - Anything else about the site. Broken links, a page that no longer matches reality, or a question about how the site is run.
This site publishes no postal address and cannot accept mail. Correspondence is handled by email only.

Orders, refunds and returns go to the manufacturer
We did not take your money, we cannot see your order, and we cannot issue a refund.
AudifortRevise is an independent affiliate publisher. We do not sell the product, we do not process payments, and we have no access to order records, tracking, delivery disputes or refund requests. The manufacturer is the only party that can help with any of those, and its own instructions tell customers to contact it directly about returns. One further point worth repeating here: the manufacturer states that it sells only through its own website and does not process refunds for purchases made elsewhere. If your order did not come from the official site, the manufacturer is still the only route — this site cannot help.
What we cannot answer
Four categories of message we will decline, and why.
Product use, dosage, timing or side effects. We are not clinicians, we have not taken the product, and answering would be medical advice. Take the label to a pharmacist or your doctor, who can also check it against your medication list. The interaction notes on this site exist to tell you what to raise, not to tell you what to do.
Whether you should take a supplement at all, or whether your symptoms need assessing. See the <a href="/medical-disclaimer/">medical disclaimer</a>. Sudden hearing loss, hearing loss affecting one ear, hearing loss with pain, discharge or fever, a pulse-synchronous sound in the ear, or new vertigo need prompt medical care rather than a website.
Your order, delivery, refund or return. See above.
Advice on choosing between products for a medical condition. That is a conversation for a pharmacist or clinician.
What to include in a correction or dispute
Four details, so a correction can be made in one pass.
The address of the page, as shown in the browser.
The specific sentence or figure you believe is wrong, quoted exactly.
What the correct version is, and the source that supports it.
Whether the error changes a conclusion, or is a detail that does not. This is the most useful thing you can tell us, because it tells us how urgently it needs to be fixed.
Reported errors are checked against the source before anything is published, and corrections are made on the page with a date and a description of the change. If a correction changes a conclusion, the conclusion changes too.
